TCP RECRUITMENT

At the beginning of 2010 TCP began its third year of successful trading in its market sector, namely compliance services to solicitors. It has achieved a position of brand awareness, not only amongst existing clients who regularly return for repeat services, but also amongst solicitors who TCP intends to encourage to become clients.

Because of its profiling activities, there are clear signs of TCP moving from brand awareness towards brand preference amongst many solicitors and business contacts.

As a result of this and an anticipated increase in work, TCP intends to recruit additional executive level staff during the early part of 2010.

TCP executives would be involved in the provision of the full range of TCP’s services. These services are, of course, constantly evolving due to the rapid speed of change within the legal regulatory environment. Executives can expect, therefore, to enjoy exciting and intellectually challenging work, both office-based and on-site at solicitors’ firms.

TCP executives would work from their homes and can expect fully integrated IT and data management systems and appropriate management to enable them to do so.

TCP is located in Oxfordshire and although its clients are spread across the country, it mainly serves solicitors’ firms in London, the South East, the South West and the Midlands.  For logistical reasons, applications from people living in these areas are encouraged.  However, for the right candidates, the possibility of expanding the boundaries of TCP’s main geographical areas could be explored.

Please contact TCP for further details about the roles and how to apply.
